Technological marketing is Mathieu Staat's passion. He has been working in relationship marketing (CRM, direct marketing and loyalty building), e-commerce and multichannel distribution for over 18 years. Before joining L'Occitane as European Digital and International CRM Director 16 months ago, he spent 4 years at Fnac (Fnac and fnac.com) as Strategic and Client Marketing Director and 12 years at Accor, where his final role was VP Marketing, Internet and CRM.
